Refund Policy – Dermiscare Aesthetic & Hair Transplant Clinic

At Dermiscare, we strive to provide the highest level of care and service. As our treatments involve medical expertise, time, consumables, and consultation, we follow a strict refund policy.

1. Consultation & Treatment Charges

Consultation fees and single-session treatment charges are non-refundable, once the service is availed.

2. Package Bookings / Advance Payments

In case of pre-paid packages, no refund will be provided for partially used or unused sessions.
However, unused sessions may be transferred to a family member or converted into credit to be used for other treatments (within 6 months), subject to management approval.

3. Hair Transplant / Surgical Procedures

Once a surgery slot is confirmed and advance is paid, it is non-refundable.
Date rescheduling is allowed only once if informed at least 7 days in advance.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of advance amount.

4. Product Purchases

Products purchased from the clinic are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety standards.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if any, are granted only in case of billing errors or duplicate payments, after management review.
